Natural Resources
Food manufacturing by-products are an underutilised natural resource. Upcycling this resource into marketable products is a more environmentally sustainable approach than its disposal or conversion to energy.

Showing that our MilaCel apple dietary fibres can replace a portion of fats and sugar in prepared foods - without adversely affecting taste - provides a potential new solution for tackling obesity.

Our natural and biodegradable water cleaning products remove dirt and microbes from water, preventing algal blooms.
